Cruelty Free Cleaning

For many aspects of my life, I try to be as cruelty free as possible: food, makeup, haircare, skincare and cleaning. Today is Sunday and for me that means, housework! I love starting a new week with a fresh, tidy house therefore aim to get as much done today as possible.
I thought I'd share a few cruelty free cleaning products that I use almost everyday. Time to tie that hair up, crank up the music, open all the windows and get to work! πŸ’ͺ

ASTONISH Ok so this brand is an absolute lifesaver! I've used Astonish for well over a year now and would never go back to any other brand, they're just SO good. The range of products is incredible, you could kit out your whole cleaning cupboard easily. They cater for everything! And the best part... most products are only £1 and can be found in pretty much any supermarket or budget store.
I use the fabric spray daily on my bed and sofa, it gives a boost of freshness and I love coming home to the lovely clean smell.  The kitchen cleaner is …

The Best Vegan Burger EVER

When I get asked what my favourite food is, I'm always torn between pizza and burgers πŸ•πŸ” (clearly living that #HealthyLife.... NOT!).

I recently went to Hubbox Plymouthand can honestly say I had the BEST vegan burger of my life. Oh my god, it was total food porn. Want to see more? Just keep scrolling ↓

DECOR
The restaurant has an industrial and rustic feel, everything is metal and wood and the dΓ©cor is quite basic, which gives the place a super chilled and trendy vibe. There are also splashes of colour (like the yellow tiles in the bathroom which are just dreamy!) and artwork handpainted onto the walls which looks awesome. For more photos, check out this link - Hubbox Photo Gallery. Some gorgeous pics that really makes me want to visit the other Hubbox locations (Taunton, Truro, St Ives, Pentewan, Exeter and Bristol... soz if you're not a South West-er, you're missing out!)

I went for the Hub Raspberry Lemonade and it was berry nice - Raspberries, freshly squeezed le…

Natural World - Cruelty Free Haircare*

I've been a lover of Natural World products for a while now - in fact, their Rose Oil & Ylang Ylang rangeis the only shampoo and conditioner I've used in 2019. I got the 1lr bottles for Christmas and they still haven't ran out, which is amazing considering I wash my hair at least 4 times a week!

Natural World pride themselves in providing 95%natural ingredients from across the world andoffering luxury haircare at an affordable price. Also, all products are cruelty free which is an absolute must for me🐰

Anyway, you can imagine I was completely thrilled when I was kindly sent a package of goodies! I genuinely love this brand and use their products, so am delighted to be sharing what I think of the Brazilian Keratin range 🌻

(*please note: products have been gifted, however, I've not been asked to post a review. Blog posts are always 100% honest and written completely by me in my own words)

May Favourites

I'm not the most trendy blogger (a prime example of this is me using the word "trendy" 🀣 hi I'm 80)so I'm not even sure if people still like favourites posts πŸ™ˆ But I still enjoy writing them and am hoping you'll still enjoy reading.
I'm a big believer in appreciating the simple things and am a lover of #EverydayHappiness 🌈 Some the items below are not big or expensive (or even physical things!), but it's not about the value, it's about the joy they bring. So with that said, let's jump into my May favourites! 😊

FILMS

Sherlock Holmes - yes I know I'm 10 years late to the party... how I've never watched these films before is beyond me! They are so god damn good! What's not to love? Robert Downey Jr, Jude Law, amazing cinematography, witty British humour - the list goes on. Absolutely incredible and I can't wait to watch them again.

FOOD/DRINK

Lipton Raspberry iced tea - yum yum yum! I'm a huge fan of Lipton Peach Iced Tea (in …

Back To Work To Do List

I'm lucky enough to have school holidays off and have just enjoyed the lovely May half term, however, it's back to work tomorrow! (I swear whenever you're off, time speeds up and it goes so quickly).

I thought I'd share my to-do list for the day before returning. I like to feel as physically and mentally prepared as possible, here's what I do ↓

Pamper & relax
It's always nice to come back from a week off feeling fresh and lovely. For me this includes having a bubble bath, hair washing, doing a face mask, scrubbing all over etc. I also like to take some time to do what makes me happy, like: do my art journal, enjoy a glass of wine, eat yummy treats and even squeeze in a cheeky afternoon nap! (one of lifes ultimate pleasures).

Prepare
Get your clothes out ready for the morning (I do this every night, does that make me super organised, or a bit of a nerd? πŸ™ˆ). It always makes the morning 10x less stressful if you know what you're wearing and it's all l…

Exciting Blogger News

Good evening beautiful humans 🌈

I cannot explain my happiness and excitement as I'm writing this, for me this is BIG news and a blogging first. So - my goal for 2019 is to work with brands I love. I am so bloody passionate about blogging and I put so much time, energy and effort into creating content.

However, I understand I am a small blogger, so I wasn't entirely confident that any companies would contact me or respond when I reached out to them, so didn't have much hope. UNTIL…

I got an email from a brand I genuinely adore and use their products on a daily basis, both in my working life and blogging life.

With that said, I am proud to announce that I am now a Lifestyle Influencer for STABILO UK🌈 ahhhhh!

The team have been incredibly efficient and kind which has made working with them an absolute pleasure! I can't wait to get even more creative and take my passion for stationary and crafts to the next level #WatchThisSpace πŸ’›

Thank you so much for coming by, your love…
